Training: How to Use Social Media to Attract Scouts and Leaders

WHO - Adult Leaders/Scout Webmasters looking to improve the Social Media presence of their unit. 

WHAT - This training will cover how to use several social media platforms to showcase a unit’s success, how to use them for promotions, and how to build on social media presence in local communities. We will walk through how to do “Live” videos of events/activities/projects and go over a few free tools to enhance a unit’s posts online. 

WHERE -  Via ZOOM - A link will be emailed in the confirmation email once you have registered. 

WHY - With proper use and a little humor, you can use social media platforms to show your community the wicked awesome things your Scouts do! We want to teach you these methods so you can effectively promote your unit and grow Scouting in your community!
